Bootcamp is 5 weeks long:  Next bootcamp starts in May

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 5:15 PM- 6:00PM 

Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons 12:30-1:15PM

Kettlebell Bootcamp is open to all; those looking to get in shape; those interested in learning the skills of kettlebell lifting; and fitness professionals who want to learn the lifts before taking teacher trainings (or after to help develop their own programs/classes).

Classes fill up quickly so register early.

Bootcamps are 5 weeks long and participants can choose 1, 2, or 3 day per week packages.

1 Boot (1x/week) = $125 ($25 per class).

2 Boots (2x/week) = $200 ($20 per class).

Full Bootcamp (3x/week) = $225 ($15 per class).

Preregistration and payment in advance are required.  Priority is given to those training 3x/week.
